» HealingThe Healing Power of God
It is the will of God for you to be healed spirit , soul and body. I would like you to start out by opening the book of Matthew Chp 8 vs 1
Notice that that the leper came and worshiped him saying if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. Noticed that he said "thou canst make me clean"
And then Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him saying. I will, be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
Notice Jesus put forth his hand and touched him and said I will be thou clean and IMMEDIATELY his leprosy was cleansed
We must take Jesus at his word and know that with his stripes we are healed!
Look at that, immediately he was healed.
We continue on reading in vs 5 about the centurion noticed that that he mentioned But speak the word only and my servant shall be healed. He believed in Jesus authority and anointing and could heal. Jesus marveled at his faith. Calling it great faith.
And he says go thy way as thou has believed so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the self same hour.
We then see in vs 14 and when Jesus was come unto Peter's house he saw his wife's mother laid and sick of fever. He touched her hand and the fever left her and she arose and ministered unto them.
Vs 16 many were possessed with devils and he cast out the spirits with his word and healed all that were sick.
Mathew 9: vs 27 the two blind men. He said Believe that I am able to do this ? And they said yes. He touched their eyes and saying According to your faith be it unto you.
Noticed he said according to your faith.
Mark Chp 5 vs 24 certain women with an issue of blood for 12 years. She said if I but touch his clothes I shall be whole. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up and she felt in body she was healed of that plague.
She didn't sit around crying about her sickness.
What's more, she acted on her faith. The first action she took was to open her mouth and say what she believed. Notice, she did not say what she felt or how terrible her life had been. She spoke words of faith, saying, "If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole" (Mark 5:28). According to The Amplified Bible, she did not just say that once, either. She "kept saying" it.
Then she took the next step of faith. She left her home, in spite of the fact that it was against the Jewish law for her to be in public in her condition. She fought and pushed her way through the crowd that was surrounding Jesus. She reached out to touch His clothes.
He said Daughter thy faith has made thee whole. Her faith made her whole.
Mark chap 11:23 whoesorever saith unto the mountain
We must believe that it is the will of God to heal .
Hebrews 11:1 Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen..
The substance is our faith. When you are believing for a miracle your Faith is the substance. Of what your hoping for. It will bring manifestation of what you're believing for.
Look back in Chap 10 of Hew vs 38 it says the Just shall live by faith, but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
Notice going back to Hew chp 11 vs 2 For by it the elders obtained a good report
Hew 11 vs 6 But without Faith it is impossible to please him, for he that cometh to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder who those who diligently seek him.
The word reward means something given or received in return or recompense for service, merit, hardship, etc.
The word Diligent means constant in effort to accomplish something; attentive and persistent in doing anything: a diligent student.
We know that is James it says faith without works is dead. Are you putting action with your faith? What is coming out of your mouth? What are you confessing?
When God speaks to you to do something. Do you have faith to do it even if its looks or seems impossible? With God all things are possible.
